If it’s not the right fit for your family, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. All we ask is that you give the patches a fair try and let us know how they worked for you. Your feedback helps us grow and improve.

As a small, family-run business, we can’t offer the kind of return policies big stores do but we always promise to be fair. If something’s not right, reach out — we’ll do our best to make it better.

Here's how our guarantee works 

  1. Try it out:
    Use the patches consistently for at least 7 days. This gives the scent and routine time to work their magic. 
  2. Share your experience & how you used it
    Reach out to us using our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Thank you in advance for your honesty, kindness and a chance to learn from your experience. Please include:  
    • Your order number - for our processing.
    • Your experience - Let us know what you hoped for, what didn’t go quite right, and how your child responded. We value your insight and use it to keep improving to support more families.
    • How you used it.  Send a quick photo of the patches in use. This helps us understand the context.
  3. We’ll make it right:
    Once we receive your feedback, we’ll offer a full refund on the opened pack (minus the flat shipping fee). If you purchased multiple packs, you can request a refund on the remaining packs via our returns policy.
