Where We Ship
We currently only ship Australia-wide from our Perth-based warehouse. International shipping is unfortunately unavailable at this time as we only stock from our Australian based location and postage costs will be unreasonable.
Special arrangements can be made if you are willing to cover the large cost of international shipping from Australia.

Shipping Options & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
• Flat rate: $6.95 AUD
• FREE on orders over $39.00
• Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days
Express Shipping (Australia-wide)
• Flat rate: $10.95 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
International Shipping
• Not currently available.

Order Processing
• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your PatchO package is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Quality Guarantee
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a replacement, credit, or refund—whatever feels right for your family.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery - you just cover return shipping. To be eligible, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
If multiple packs were purchased and all were opened, we may offer a partial refund based on your experience — please refer to Our PatchO Promise and reach out to us.
To start a return, contact us at hello@patcho.com.au with your order number and details of your products as well as the reasoning for your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened PatchO packs unless there’s a product fault.
